Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

• Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.

• Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policies.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Support payroll processing and attendance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0-1 years of experience in HR or a related role (freshers with internships are welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of HR processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
