We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support organizational hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the recruitment cycle across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews & offer negotiations.
Understand job descriptions and hiring needs by partnering with departmental heads.
Source potential candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidates fitment (skills, experience, salary, notice period & cultural alignment).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
Maintain candidate database and ensure accuracy of recruitment tracking reports & dashboard.
Create engaging job postings and promote them on job boards & social channels.
Support employer branding activities, recruitment events, and campus hiring as required.
Manage offer process and documentation, ensuring smooth onboarding and pre-joining engagement.
Maintain strong candidate experience and uphold organizational values during the hiring journey.
Ensure recruitment compliance and adherence to company HR policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree / MBA in Human Resources or relevant specialization.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, Naukri.com.
Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within deadlines.
Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding.
Analytical mindset with ability to generate hiring reports.
