Job Description – Car Allocation & Driver Hiring
We are looking for a candidate who can build and manage their own team to handle our car allocation and driver hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire and build a team to manage the car allocation process.
Train and guide the team on our business process and operational requirements.
Manage and monitor the team to ensure targets are achieved.
Hire drivers and complete the required onboarding process.
Coordinate the allocation of rental cars to drivers.
Ensure that cars are properly assigned to eligible drivers and that the process runs smoothly.
Follow up with drivers and the team to maintain efficient operations.
Take responsibility for the overall performance and output of the team.
Compensation:
The compensation will be performance-based and linked to the number of successful car allocations completed by your team. The more successful allocations your team completes, the higher your earnings will be.
Ideal Candidate:
The candidate should have strong team-management, recruitment, communication, and operational skills, along with the ability to build a team and achieve business targets.
