Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions at Eureka Forbes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding candidates for sales, service, customer support, operations, and corporate functions.

Key Roles

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Hire for roles such as sales executives, field sales representatives, service technicians, customer care executives, team leaders, and back-office staff.

• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily or weekly hiring reports.

• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation, and joining.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

• Support bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews whenever required.
