HR Recruiter – Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing through Job Hai, Naukri, Indeed, social media and other recruitment platforms.
Screening and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements.
Calling candidates and explaining job roles, salary and company details.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and management.
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
Following up with selected candidates until joining.
Handling joining and onboarding formalities.
Maintaining attendance, employee records and basic HR documentation.
Supporting day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good convincing and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to learn are preferred.
