Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose:
To manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure timely hiring of qualified, skilled, and culturally fit candidates across all levels, especially in bulk and urgent hiring situations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
· Proactively source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social media, referrals, campus hiring, and walk-ins.
· Develop a strong pipeline of blue-collar, staff, and managerial candidates.
· Build and maintain a database of potential hires.
2. Job Posting & Advertisement
· Draft and post job descriptions as per manpower requisition.
· Coordinate with agencies, consultants, and placement cells when required.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
· Screen resumes, assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
· Conduct telephonic/video interviews and shortlist relevant profiles.
4. Interview Coordination
· Schedule and manage interviews with department heads.
· Ensure timely feedback and interview closure.
5. Offer Management & Documentation
· Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and complete pre-joining documentation.
· Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
6. MIS & Reporting
· Maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards.
· Track hiring timelines, source performance, and cost-per-hire metrics.
7. Compliance & Process Adherence
· Ensure recruitment policies are followed.
· Maintain recruitment records and documentation for audit purposes.

Skills & Competencies:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and convincing ability
· Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
· Ability to handle volume/bulk hiring under pressure
· Good understanding of labor market trends and job functions
Qualifications & Experience:
· Graduate and MBA in HR or related field preferred
· 1–3 years of hard-core recruitment experience
· Experience in manufacturing/Engineering/logistics/industrial recruitment preferred
