Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting to anticipate hiring needs.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
