Internship Summary:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for HR Interns to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced HR team to support sourcing, screening, and hiring activities. This is an ideal role for students or fresh graduates looking to start their career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and recruiters.

• Maintain candidate records and assist in maintaining the recruitment database.

• Support HR and recruitment campaigns and follow up with shortlisted candidates.

• Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business, or a related field.

• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
