Design and update job descriptions as per hiring requirements.

Handle end-to-end non-IT hiring for Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Retail, and support functions.

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and

professional platforms like Naukri ,Foundit, Hirect, Linkedin )

Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, job boards, social media, and internal platforms.

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.

Coordinate interviews and assessments.

Prepare, distribute, and evaluate assignments, numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.

Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
