Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements

• Source candidates through Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic / virtual interviews

• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and timelines

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Ensure closure of positions within TAT

• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field (preferred)

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant

• Hands-on experience with Indeed and other job portals

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously

• Good knowledge of hiring processes and interview techniques

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consultancy hiring

• Bulk hiring / lateral hiring exposure

• Client handling experience
