About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across multiple job portals.

If you understand hiring funnels, talent pipelines, and how to close the right candidate at the right time — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.

• Source and screen resumes based on job requirements

• Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate interview schedules with department heads

• Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database

• Follow up with candidates for documentation and joining formalities

• Support onboarding and employee record management

• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in handling multiple job portals

• Understanding of recruitment cycle and hiring strategies

• Basic knowledge of HR documentation

• Strong follow-up and coordination ability

• MS Excel & basic computer proficiency
