Job Timing: 10:00am To 6:00pm

Gender: Male/Female

Salary Range: 10K - 30K

Keys & Responsibility

Design and execute recruitment strategies to hire counselors, telecallers, field executive and more require posts in multiple cities across India.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and referral programs.

Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring they align with our mission and culture.

Coordinate with regional managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Onboard new hires smoothly, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for success.

Track recruitment metrics and share insights to improve hiring efficiency.

Skills

2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in education.

Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, Linked In, Indeed, and other platforms.

Create job description to post

Ability to manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

Basic computer literacy and experience.
