Position: Senior HR Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Any Qualification

• Minimum recruitment experience preferred (BPO/Telesales hiring is an added advantage)

• Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills

• Languages Required: English, Hindi & Kannada

• Laptop and stable internet connection mandatory 💻

Salary & Benefits:

💰 1st Month Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 per month

💰 From 2nd Month Onwards: ₹82,500 per month (CTC ₹12.5 LPA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment for Telesales/BPO requirements

• Source candidates from your own database during the first month

• Screen, shortlist, and prepare candidates for the interview process

• Ensure candidates successfully qualify for the offer letter process

• Conduct candidate training and provide post-selection performance support

• Maintain candidate pipeline and arrange replacements in case of dropouts

• Submit daily recruitment and hiring reports

Performance Targets:

🎯 Daily Target: 1 qualified and immediate joiner candidate

🎯 Monthly Target: 26 qualified candidates under your recruitment ownership

🎯 Maintain backup candidates to ensure smooth hiring delivery

📍 Interview Mode: Virtual
