Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and conduct initial background assessments.
Client Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Coordinate interviews and manage the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Reporting & Analytics: Track metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and maintain candidate databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a consultancy, staffing agency, or corporate environment.
