Job Title – HR Executive
Location: Banjarahills , Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor daily attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts team.
Handle employee confirmations, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
Prepare HR reports, including attendance, recruitment, and headcount.
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
Graduate or MBA in HR.
2–5 years of HR experience (healthcare/clinic experience preferred).
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/attendance software.
Knowledge of payroll coordination and labour compliance is an advantage.
