Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
Maintain recruitment reports and update the applicant tracking system.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
