📌Job Title: HR Recruiter

Hiring for Male Recruiters

💰 Salary:₹15,000 In Hand + Attractive Incentives

🕘 Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

📍Work Location : Jayanagar, Banglore

📅 Working Days: 6 Days Working

🎉 Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Screening and shortlisting candidate profiles from job portals

• Conducting initial HR interviews and telephonic screenings

• Explaining job roles, salary structure, and company policies to candidates

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

• Following up with candidates regarding interview status

• Maintaining recruitment data and candidate records

• Posting job openings on various hiring platforms

Eligibility Criteria :

• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in English and regional languages preferred

• Graduation or PUC candidates can also apply
