Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and a strong understanding of the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.

Source candidates using a variety of platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases).

Conduct initial screening and technical evaluations to shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate regular reports.

Stay updated with latest recruiting trends and tools in the IT industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2 years of proven experience as an IT recruiter.

Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology.

Experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
