Full job description
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Qualification and Requirements:
Graduate or BSc in Human Resources Management OR MBA/PGDM (Preferred)
Performing interviews with candidates via phone, video and in-person
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Managing attendance, leaves & HR operations
Employee engagement and coordination
Maintaining HR records and documentation
Skills Requirement:
Excellent communications skills.
Experience with sourcing techniques specifically in Tech hiring.
Good understanding on Performance management and Organization development
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Experience in recruitment and HR operations
Knowledge of HR tools/software is a plus
