Job Description

Design House India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring across multiple roles and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Post job openings on portals like JobHai, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements

• Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical/management rounds

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and basic HR documentation

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

• Support HR operations as and when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong skills may apply)

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Knowledge of blue-collar and white-collar hiring

• Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring

• Basic knowledge of HR policies and documentation

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Salary : ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (As per experience & interview performance)
