Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates
Maintain candidate database and records
Follow up with candidates for joining and documentation
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Confidence in speaking with candidates
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
