Roles & Responsibilities:-

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Utilize job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and referrals to build a strong talent pool.

Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordination: Manage interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for applicants.

Documentation: Handle offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding paperwork.

Reporting: Track hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, to optimize recruitment strategies.
