Position

HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.

• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for BPO, Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, Delivery, and other positions.

• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team and reporting managers.

• Ensure candidates complete the joining and documentation process.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers can apply; recruitment experience will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

• Comfortable making regular recruitment calls and following up with candidates.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
