Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' interest, availability, and basic qualifications.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions and assessment tools to evaluate candidates effectively.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Administer aptitude tests or other assessments, if required.

Reference Checks: Verify candidate references to ensure their accuracy and suitability for the role.

Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Gather feedback from candidates to continually improve the recruitment process.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all aspects of the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.

Reporting and Metrics: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Use data to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies
