Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further selection.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
