We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Corpseed Ites Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹37000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 5 days working
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from business units and stakeholders.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates post-interview and provide feedback.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (preferably in IT/Non-IT/BPO depending on your company focus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job posting tools.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Preferred:
Experience working with high-volume recruitment.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
