🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles (IT/Non-IT as per requirement).Source and screen candidates using Naukri.com, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other platforms.Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening rounds.Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Handle offer negotiations and manage onboarding formalities.Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
🔹 Requirements2–3 years of proven experience in HR Recruitment.Strong expertise in Naukri Portal & LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn Hiring.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to independently handle multiple recruitment pipelines.Good understanding of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies.
