We are excited to announce an opening for an HR Recruiter Trainee at Corpseed ITES Pvt Ltd in Noida, Sector 63. This full-time internship lasts for 6 months and provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle.As an HR Recruiter Trainee you will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical insights into HR operations and recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities include:- Assisting in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.- Sourcing and screening candidates for different roles using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other tools.- Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.- Supporting onboarding processes, including documentation and induction planning.- Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment reports.- Participating in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Qualifications for this role:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices is a plus.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).What you’ll gain from this internship:- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.- Exposure to HR software and tools.- Opportunity to work with a supportive and professional HR team.- Valuable networking opportunities in the HR field.To apply, please reach out at 9311440661 or send your resume to komal.kashyap@corpseed.com.
