Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across IT and/or Non-IT domains while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT / Corporate roles as assigned
Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, negotiations, and closures
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Adhere to TATs and hiring quality benchmarks
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment norms

Experience in IT hiring / niche hiring / volume hiring
ATS exposure
Client or stakeholder management experience
