Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Location: Mumbai (Mulund)

We are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our team and help us deliver suitable candidates across our clients.

About us:

We are a 18+ years old Mumbai based Executive Search & Staffing firm with PAN India presence and diverse experience across IT & Non-IT domains.

Our Team comprises of 250+ Recruiters and has serviced 900+ Corporates across various Industries and levels.

Job Profile:

• Understanding Client requirement

• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (Job portal, social platforms and professional networks)

• Making calls and scheduling candidates for the interview

• Regular follow ups with the Candidates and Client / Account Manager

• Generating daily line ups

• Willing to work as an individual contributor

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Male / Female

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Appeared candidates can also apply)

• Fresher / Experienced

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Awareness of MS-Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)

• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• A positive, “can do” attitude

Other Information:

• Work Timings: 10:00am to 7:00pm (Monday to Friday) and Upto 3:30pm (Working Saturdays)

• Weekly Offs: Sunday + 2nd and 4th Saturdays

Remuneration:

• Full-Time Fresher: Rs. 1,80,000 (Fixed CTC) + Incentives

All full-time employees are entitled to PF & ESIC benefits
