We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Tele Caller cum HR Recruiter. This hybrid role involves managing accurate data entry tasks while supporting the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
HR Recruitment:
· Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
· Support onboarding activities and documentation.
· Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
· Proven experience in data entry and recruitment processes.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/tools.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
