🚀 Roles and Responsibilities

As an HR Support team member, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Recruitment Strategy: Partnering closely with hiring managers to map out the key skills, qualifications, and experience required for open roles.

• Candidate Sourcing: Using job portals (like Naukri), social networks, and various creative methods to attract and build a pipeline of high-quality talent.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, cover letters, and initial applications to find the perfect fit for our organizational culture.

• Data Management: Maintaining an organized and up-to-date internal database of potential applicants, active candidates, and alumni.

• Operations & Communication: Acting as a bridge between management and employees by handling day-to-day queries via email and phone.

• Onboarding Support: Stepping up to train and mentor new team members as the HR division grows.

• Performance: Maintaining a high-energy, result-oriented approach to hit monthly hiring timelines.

🔍 Required Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who bring the following to the table:

• Communication: Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written) to interact smoothly with clients and team members.

• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data tracking, formatting) and the broader MS Office suite.
