Company: Comptec Sales & Service Corporation
Location: Mathura, Masani
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
Experience: 0–6+ years in recruitment, HR, or administration
We’re looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process, from identifying and sourcing candidates to interviewing and evaluating applicants. You’ll keep job postings up to date, coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and help complete background checks.
Key responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems.
Support offer preparation, onboarding, and background checks.
Help manage HR records and payroll-related tasks as needed.
