Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics, preparing regular reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

• Assist with onboarding new hires and facilitating orientation programs.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and suggest innovative sourcing strategies.
