We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, organized, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Fresher with strong interest in recruitment

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
