Roles & Responsibilities
1) Recruitment, screening & scanning resume, scheduling interview, Facilitate onboarding for new employees, including induction program and training coordination.
2) Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3) Maintain up-to-date employee records including personal files, KYC, and certifications.
4) Update CRM/HRMS and maintain attendance and leave management systems.
5) Prepare HR reports, staff databases, and MIS on a monthly and quarterly basis.
6) Assist in planning and organizing staff retreats, team-building activities, and internal communication initiatives.
7) Handle staff grievances and disciplinary matters confidentially and in a timely manner.
8) Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
9) Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
10) Liaise with vendors for supplies, IT support, printing, and housekeeping services.
11) Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement in line with budget controls.
12) Maintain records of vendor payments, bills, and contracts.
13) Organize physical and digital filing systems for HR, legal, financial, and administrative documents.
Qualifications and Skills
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ø 2+ years of experience in Admin and HR operations will be an advantage.
Ø Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with customers.
Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
