In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across different departments.
Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
