Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Prior factory/industrial environment exposure
Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Recruitment & staffing: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
Attendance tracking and maintaining employee records
Payroll management with PF & ESIC compliance
Conducting induction programs and employee engagement activities
Handling grievances and supporting performance reviews
Maintaining statutory registers and HR documentation
Coordinating with departments for manpower planning and training initiatives
