Job Profile :

• Coordinating with stakeholders with respect to the requirements.

• Collaborating with the hiring managers to work on the recruitment plans.

• Conducting sourcing activities in order to fill the open positions.

• Planning and finding appropriate candidates that require a very specific skillset.

• Performing the efficient search through the available channels.

• Monitoring all the sourcing activities.

• Managing all the communication with the candidates and scheduling the required discussions with the business.

• Administering and maintaining the requisitions on the portals.

• Preparing reports for all the recruitment statistic.
