Hiring for HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in Bulk Hiring and Retail Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and retail hiring requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.

Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.

Meet recruitment targets and adhere to defined hiring SLAs.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in bulk hiring and retail recruitment.

Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
