Talent Acquisition & Employee Management
· Oversee end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, and retention strategies.
· Implement employee engagement and development programs.
· Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Administrative & Operational Oversight
· Supervise office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations, including security, IT support, and procurement.
· Manage company assets, office supplies, and logistics to enhance operational efficiency.
· Oversee travel, compliance, and documentation processes.
3. Compliance & Policy Implementation
· Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and corporate policies.
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal standards.
· Conduct audits and risk assessments to mitigate HR and administrative risks.
Required qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2 TO 5+ years of experience in HR operations and administration in fashion retail segment PREFERABLY JORHAT
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and office administration.
· Proficiency in HR software, payroll management, and data reporting.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
