• 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Work Mode: Work From Office
Location: South Extension 2

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.

• Screen candidates as per client requirements and job descriptions.

• Educate and prepare candidates for the interview process.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher to Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (BPO/Non-IT/IT preferred).

• Graduate from any stream.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

• Should have own laptop, mobile, and Wi-Fi connection.

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
