Job Title : HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Job Type : Full-time

Job Timings : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Offs : 2 Saturdays Off + All Sundays Off

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (For Freshers)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates

Conducting telephonic interviews and initial HR rounds

Scheduling interviews with hiring managers

Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Coordinating follow-ups with candidates

Assisting in end-to-end recruitment process

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate / Final Year Students can apply

Experience: Fresher

Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Strong interest in HR and recruitment

Skills Required:

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Confident on calls

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
