Brief job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing Fintech organization.

The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across business, technology, operations, and leadership functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, employer branding, and recruitment analytics.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have prior recruitment experience in both Fintech and NBFC sectors, with a strong understanding of financial services hiring, industry talent pools, and regulatory business environments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
