Prepare and maintain manpower plans based on business and operational requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand current and future manpower needs.
Monitor employee headcount, vacancies, transfers, resignations, and new positions.
Coordinate recruitment requirements with the HR/Talent Acquisition team.
Track open positions and ensure timely manpower deployment.
Maintain accurate manpower databases, employee records, and organizational charts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
Monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and workforce utilization.
Support employee deployment, transfers, and shift allocation as required.
Identify manpower shortages and surpluses and recommend appropriate actions.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies, contractors, and manpower suppliers when required.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Ensure manpower records and documentation are maintained accurately.
Assist management with workforce-related analysis and HR reports.
Ensure manpower practices comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
