Job Title: HR Consultant / HR Executive (HR Consultancy Experience Required)

Location: uttam nagar
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 3 month–3 years (HR Consultancy background mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional with prior experience in an HR consultancy firm. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and delivering HR solutions as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across industries

• Understand client requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions

• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and databases

• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment targets

• Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and follow-ups

• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports

• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR consultancy / recruitment agency

• Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bulk hiring or niche hiring

• Client handling experience

• Target-driven mindset

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
