Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to create a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various job roles.

• Job Posting & Sourcing: Write and publish job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other channels.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial HR screening, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide hiring solutions.

• Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an attractive employer through recruitment marketing strategies.

• Offer Management: Assist in salary negotiations and ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Onboarding Support: Work with HR teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
