We are hiring an HR Executive who will primarily manage end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting broader HR functions including HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance support, and HRMS management. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of balancing recruitment priorities with day-to-day HR responsibilities to ensure smooth people’s operations and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring closures.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
· Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports such as open positions, closures, and hiring status.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
· Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
· Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
· Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in the HRMS.
3. Employee Engagement & HR Support:
· Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
· Facilitate employee communication and feedback mechanisms.
· Address employee queries and support grievance handling processes professionally.
· Promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
4. MIS & Reporting:
· Generate and maintain HR reports related to recruitment, headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll.
· Utilize MS Excel and HRMS tools for reporting and analysis.
· Provide HR data and operational support to management as required.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment / HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
· Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder coordination.
· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting).
· Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, ATS and recruitment portals.
· Basic knowledge of payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and labor compliance processes is an added advantage.
· Familiarity with AI tools and modern recruitment practices is preferred.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel and Outlook.
