Job Title: HR Recruiter (Bengali)
Location: Krishna Nagar
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter who is fluent in Bengali and can manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to source, screen, and coordinate candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Handle onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
Communicate effectively in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience.
Working Days: 6 days a week
