Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments (Sales, Service, Technical, Back Office, Accounts, Workshop, Bodyshop, etc.).
Prepare and post job openings on various platforms (Naukri, Indeed, Social Media, Campus Drives).
Source suitable candidates through screening, shortlisting, and conducting telephonic/face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower requirements and job descriptions.
Maintain recruitment MIS, interview tracker, and daily hiring reports.
Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
Manage onboarding process: offer letters, joining formalities, documentation, ID card creation.
Organize campus recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
Ensure smooth induction for new employees and explain company policies.
Support HR operations like attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee queries.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure manpower planning and reduce hiring gaps.
Support employee engagement activities when required
